Conrtruct a cone from circles.

Make PC DMIS able to construct a cone from two or more circles.

Currently you can force it to do this by extracting points from your circles and constructing the Cone, but this is very time intensive and also does not allow for true point vectoring.

I think that this is a great idea. I would also like to add constructing  a cylinder from a generic circle. I currently create generic circles from points on opposing sides of a slot (using their midpoint for centerline and their distance as the diameter). This works great for reporting true position however if I need to report perpendicularity of this slot with MMC to a plane I can't because I can't create the cylinder.
