Add the possibility to projected angles (on X, Y, Z planes or on a specific plane)

Hi Nicolas,

This can already be done by projecting lines (or cylinders) on to a planes. It's just a question of what order you make the steps in.

The purpose is to make operations more simple to the operator, but indeed, I'll transmit this answer.
