Clearance zone that follows the contour of CAD model. Ability to block an axis to infinity to prevent probe crashes.

Looks good! That's basically it. Now if you can also just make sure that you have "use surface and or feature vector" as clearance options in that, I believe you will have an end all to movement errors.
Clearance zone would be better for those of use working with cylindrical parts
