With version 2019 the help (F1) is accessible trough the browser. My experience is very bad. The search is slow, opening is slow too. I just can not use it, it is unusable!!! Make it fast and simple like it was before.

We are currently looking into a couple of things that should help here
1) Speeding up the servers
2) Offering an ability to use local help content (probably will come with 2019 R1 SP2)
This is fixed in 2019 R2 and will go into 2019 R1 SP3
