Thanks for the participation here, but the above summary sounds like it might be a configuration issue although we might need some additional detail.
I don't think we need a new feature to not crash the probe head as that is already the expected behavior ;p. Please reach out to tech support on this one so we can get the issue resolved. If I'm misunderstanding the request just add a bit more detail and I'll re-open this item.
