Default setting of the calculation type of the elements

Currently, an elemente open always with the setting of the last use.

But since most of the time is the default setting ASME or ISO 1101, it would be an advantage if this be can adjusted in advance.

I would suggest here to insert an pullup meneu in the menu „NEW“ where the default setting of the elements can be preset.

I think Wolle is wanting there to be a different default setting per type of dimension, rather than the single global setting we have now.

Maybe adding dimensions to the MSE (Measurement Strategy Editor)? Or a similar DSE (Dimension Strategy Editor)?

Hello Wolle, a global setting for GD&T standard is already in the plan. I'll mark this item as such so no one needs to put a vote on it.

Delivered with PC-DMIS 2020 R2. Check out the new "Geometric Tolerances" tab in the Setup options to set your default standard.

No more defaulting to ASME at the beginning of every routine!
